So I made a chocolate sponge cake... yum... and then I iced it. Then when I was done doing that, I started rolling out and coloring all of the fondant and it can be kinda hard but it is worth it. Also I get the store bought kind for a store in Salt Lake called Orson Gygi and it is a bakers paradise, but you can also make your own. Then for my colors I did white, black and then a bright mix of red and pink and the die you can get pretty much any craft store that sell cake stuff and then pretty much anywhere else. Then came the fun part.
After all of the hard work I got to do the fun stuff... cut out the fondant... So I got out my Cricut Cake and cut out all of the fondant. I did cow prints with some of the cool tools, and then i cut out the words moo cow in the redish pink. Then I started putting it all on. Ok so I put the white down on the cake and trimmed it so it would fit the cake perfectly. Then I put the cow prints on and it started looking sooooooo cute, then after that was all on and looked good I started putting on the letters. Then when I was all done with that the cake was ready.
Also I have like the coolest mom and she bought me bright colored candles that turned the flame the same color as the candle wax, so my cake was very colorful and bright. I never would have thought it looked so good, but I guess the saying practice makes perfect is right.
